Pooja Malik is a Graduate in Sociology from Delhi University and holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is Accredited Caliper Practitioner and OPQ (SHL) Assessor. She brings with her a wealth of valuable experience spanning 23 years in Human Resource Management coupled with an intrinsic understanding of business & operations while creating a ‘global’ culture in an Indian environment.
Pooja is currently working in the Corporate Team of Anand Automotive Private Ltd. (INR 58 Billion turnover group) from May 2012 as Vice-President – Human Resources. Anand is a group of 19 companies across over 50 locations; 16 joint ventures global with common HR practices across the group. She is Heading Talent Management of the Group and has recreated and scaled up Leadership Development Program and Talent Acquisition across levels across the group. As part of her role as HR Management she is responsible for driving the HR policies and guidelines and assists the Group President in PMS and Comp & Benefits structure of DGMs and above including all COOs. Pooja is a member of the 4 member Ethics Committee and key contributor in initiation of ‘Anand Code of Conduct’ and the Ethics/grievance Redressal System.
Prior to her current role she worked as Head – HR and Management for MSD Wellcome Trust Hilleman Laboratories (JV between Merck Pharmaceuticals (USA) and Wellcome Trust (UK). Pushkar Kumar is currently serving as the Corporate HR Business Leader for Cairn India. Pushkar comes with over 15 years of experience with deep functional expertise in the areas of HR Strategy, Talent, L&OD and large scale transformations.
He started his career with Electrolux India and served as the HR Business Leader for Sales, Marketing and Enabling Functions. Pushkar held several leadership roles at Bharti, GE and Ranbaxy. She was part of the team that conceived and designed the National e Governance Plan in India. As Principal consultant to the Govt. Of India, she was involved critically in the designing stage of two very important projects – the Digital Identity (Aadhaar) and the eDistrict. Both initiatives laid the foundation for delivering services to citizens on digital mode. Significant part of this design phase involved reimaging the government processes and adapting technology to bring in efficiency and transparency in governance. She headed the team that initiated the eGovernance based Mission Mode Project in School Education sector.
