His current role involves overseeing the HR function in overseas entities of Dabur spanning continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas where Dabur has presence both in manufacturing and marketing of its products. He is part of the Management Committee (Mancom) of the company.

Sudhakar has been in the company for over 14 years and has seen the effective integration of acquired companies and also consolidating organic business of the company. Dabur has seen phenomenal growth in the past 14 years and HR team played its role in ensuring effective HR interventions under his leadership to meet the business objectives.

She joined PepsiCo in 2006 and prior to that was the Associate Director at Cerebrus Consulting responsible for setting up and driving business in the Northern region of India. She was heading the HR function at Work-Ventures in Sydney, Australia. She started her career at CDOT at the turning point of the telecom transformation in India.

She has a Post Graduate degree in HR from Xaviers Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India and Graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry from Bangalore University.

Her interests include design thinking, user experience and ‘humanising’ the HR technology space. The journey of IDFC Bank to 6x employees over the last few months has given her opportunities to do what she loves every day.

She is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She was one of the 12 women selected across India to participate in the Women in Leadership and Management Programme under the prestigious Chevening Scholarship in the UK.

Madhura likes to read and travel – usually off the beaten track and is a committed swim parent to her teenage daughter, a national level swimmer.

Supriya Khanna is an HR professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in leading multinational Fortune 500 organizations. Her career includes experience in Consulting, Start-Up and FMCG. She has worked with Arthur Andersen, as lead of Human Capital consulting services; BP as head HR of BP Lubricants India; as well as with Gillette India and PepsiCo India in senior HR leadership roles. She has worked across all key areas of the HR function, including Head of Compensation & Benefits for South Asia, for both Gillette & Pepsico. She has a post graduate degree (PM&IR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

She is the founder of Eskay Total Rewards Solutions, an HR consulting practice focused on providing high impact customized solutions to its clients in Performance Management, Total Rewards & Organizational Capability building areas. She has substantial experience of designing and implementing a wide range of successful Rewards & Benefit programs, both for various clients spanning industry sectors during her consulting years, as well within the organizations she has worked. Her expertise includes all key areas of Rewards, Recognition, Job Evaluation, Variable Performance Plans, Share Ownership, Market Benchmarking and Performance Management.
