Sudhakar has done his Masters Degree in Social Work from Delhi School Of Social Work, Delhi University. Besides this, he has completed his Bachelors Degree in Law from Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. Sudhakar is also a Certified ICC-International Coach, accredited by International Coaching Community.
Sudhakar has over 36 years of professional experience spanning in companies like Ranbaxy, Ernst & Young and Dabur besides others. He has handled assignments both in hardcore staff function and line roles with regard to human resource consulting in areas like Merger and Acquisitions, Change Management, Competency Development and Compensation Structuring etc. Currently, Sudhakar is designated as Head – Global Human Capital & CSR in Dabur India Limited, fourth largest FMCG Company with annual turnover of over Rs. 8000 Crores. His current role involves overseeing the HR function in overseas entities of Dabur spanning continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas where Dabur has presence both in manufacturing and marketing of its products. He is part of the Management Committee (Mancom) of the company.

Dabur has seen phenomenal growth in the past 14 years and HR team played its role in ensuring effective HR interventions under his leadership to meet the business objectives.

Suchitra has over 20 years of rich HR experience in Australia, India and Asia Pac, in a variety of sectors ranging from not for profit to consulting to FMCG. She has both line HR, consulting and strategic HR experience.
She is currently the CHRO for PepsiCo India Region for all businesses. She is responsible for the overall HR strategic agenda to ensure sustainable business growth through driving the talent, culture and organization agenda. She is responsible for setting up the right structure and leadership to enable business growth.
Prior to this she was heading the HR function for multiple countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Korea, Japan and Philippines) across Asia Pacific for PepsiCo. Her focus was on building the right organization design and change management to ensure PepsiCo continues to win in a highly competitive global environment. She was also responsible for ensuring that a high values culture is embedded across the geography.
Earlier, she was Director Talent Sustainability at PepsiCo India and responsible for the entire gamut of creating the right policies, processes, culture and systems. She designed interventions to build a robust leadership pipeline to ensure sustainability of the business.
She joined PepsiCo in 2006 and prior to that was the Associate Director at Cerebrus Consulting responsible for setting up and driving business in the Northern region of India. She was heading the HR function at Work-Ventures in Sydney, Australia. She started her career at CDOT at the turning point of the telecom transformation in India.
She has a Post Graduate degree in HR from Xaviers Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India and Graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry from Bangalore University.
Mr. Kamlesh Dangi
Mr. Kamlesh Dangi is Group President – Human Resources in UTI AMC Ltd. He is responsible for formulating and executing effective human resources strategy for UTI AMC Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Dangi has completed his management education from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies in the year 1995. Since then, he has worked with various reputed organizations. Prior to joining UTI AMC Ltd., he was working as Group Chief People Officer in Religare Enterprises and was responsible for Religare’s Group Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration and Shared Services functions. During his tenure at Religare, he represented Religare Enterprises on the Boards of its subsidiaries. Prior to Religare, he also worked with ICICI Bank, wherein he was responsible for human resources function for its International Banking Group and Wholesale Banking Group. Sanchayan is currently the National Head of Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness & Change for Vodafone India.
His current responsibilities require him to strategize organizational transformation and Reward & Policy initiatives to improve the bottom line of the business. He is responsible for engaging with the Board & CXO to align on Organization Design & Structure, Reward philosophy, approach to driving a performance culture and Organization Policies.
Previous to this he headed Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for Vodafone in India. Before that, he successfully performed key business partnering roles in Vodafone including heading HR for their outsourcing & offshoring business.
Prior to Vodafone, he has worked for organizations like Reuters India and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Dwarakanath serves as Head – Group Human Capital of Max India. He brings a rich and varied experience of over four decades. Prior to this, he was the Director – Human Resources and Administration, India/ South Asia of GlaxoSimthKline (GSK) and associated with GSK for close to three decades. He was also a member of GSK’s International HR team. He is on the board of several Companies / Institutions including GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd and IIM Kashipur.
Mr. Dwarakanath has started his career as a Management Trainee of Shri Ram Group (DCM) and held several positions in Shri Ram Group (DCM) before he has joined GSK.
Mr. Dwarakanath has held several management positions in the various professional bodies. Navneet is the Director of Total Rewards at DXC Technology (a USD 26 billion world’s largest IT services company borne with merger of CSC and HPE -ES) leading the Global Rewards CoE and India regional C&B organizations and is a member of Executive Leadership Team of Rewards. The CoE for rewards comprises a globally integrated team based in India, US and Czech Republic responsible to provide reward advisory, solution and services to all global and regional compensation teams. This team is responsible for everything in compensation globally except executive and incentive compensation.
In his other role of heading Total Rewards function in India, Navneet is responsible for all programs, policies, governance, advisory related to compensation, benefits and HR and work life policies. Before the merger, Navneet was also responsible for global benefits outside of US.

Ashish Anand is currently serving as Director & Head- Human Resources and Management Committee member at Religare Finvest. Dr. Sanjay Muthal (SM) is Executive Director of RGF Management Search.
